I have never been a 'gym' person - but YouFit Training is different. This inclusive, supportive community really encourages me to achieve my fitness goals. The community events (beach sessions, yoga, workshops, movie nights, game nights) are just as important as the fitness sessions, and Celeste and Bohdi ensure everyone feels valued and is supported to achieve their individual goals.
